Focus Bike - Fire Edge

Hi,

I am looking for a full suspension bike (entry level) while seeing two attractive bikes:
Specialized XC comp and Focus Fire edge.

I am not German and an not familiar with Focus bike (my friend has recommended them but I can not find any review in the internet). Is it a good German brand?

Are you familiar with Focus Fire edge? Is it a good bike? What about its durability ? Should I go for the XC comp instead ?

Also,front fork looks not that good ... (dont know its brand).

Your help will be appreciated ....

Hi Eddie,

are you talking about the 2008 fire edge? The fork is a Rock Shox Tora. You can see the actual specs on http://www.focus-bikes.de/bikes_neu/...tain&pr=751914

Focus is a good german brand. I own two focus bikes and i didn't have any problem with them. But i haven't seen this bike before and therefore I can't give you any expirence.
